Life had been pretty hectic and out of control for Gionna Daddio lately with Wrestlemania approaching so fast. She was better known on screen as EBWF Superstar Liv Morgan. The young 22 year old New Jersey native had only recently made her return to the ring, and now she was just a week away from Wrestlemania 16. Sure, the young star had participated in Wrestlemania the prior year with the Moonlight Dollz, however, that didn't even compare to her match this year. This year it would be Liv Morgan vs Natalya in the last match before the main event! This was a very high honor to be placed so high up on the card, especially when you were still a rookie like Liv Morgan. It helped a lot that her opponent was Natalya, a highly respected veteran in EBWF, but it wasn't all Natalya that got them to that spot, it was Liv as well. Even though Liv may be a bit green in the ring compared to others on the roster, she didn't let that stop her from advancing her career any chance she got. Liv had in recent weeks proven that she isn't just some flash in the pan. The Jersey native claimed to the world that she is here to stay. Not only is she here to stay, but she also proved that she wouldn't put up with any bullshit from anyone, veteran or not.

Things all started to change at the Royal Rumble. On screen, Liv Morgan played off her win like she knew it was coming from a mile away. But in reality, it had taken Gionna by complete surprise when she learned that EBWF creative wanted her to win the Royal Rumble. Everything at the Royal Rumble had been crazy backstage with a few switches made to the outcome of the match last minute, all the way up to standing in Gorilla. When she was informed, her heart skipped a few too many beats that her chest actually ached for a moment. Gionna would forever remember her struggle to breathe correctly in that exact moment. Air caught in her lungs and they burned, almost unwilling to expand and contract for what seemed like a few minutes. All the while not allowing herself to show much of a reaction in front of everyone else standing there near her. It was hard for her to believe in that moment, and it was still hard to believe now. But nevertheless, it was true. Liv would go over Carmella, earning her a shot at the biggest prize in the Women's division today. Tears of joy had trickled down Liv's face as her hand was held up in victory by the ref, the sold out audience at the Royal Rumble roared in response. It was an outcome that no one had expected, not even herself. It was one of the greatest nights of her young life.

Everything had gone by in a huge giant blur which made Gionna wonder how she had even got through it all. People on the outside of the business didn't understand the toll it took on superstars living this kind of on the go lifestyle. Media appearances here, an interview or two in between this or that appearance, photo shoots, charity work, training, etc. The days were very long and the nights were far too short. Life on the road was hard on a lot of people, and it was not something you easily adjusted to. Gionna still struggled a bit with homesickness. She had never been far from her mother and five other siblings. In fact, she had never even been on a plane before her tryout for NXT. Even when she was training down in NXT after she had been officially signed, she would battle bouts of loneliness and think of heading back home. She had to relocate down in Florida during that time and she felt miserable. Gionna didn't know anyone and had no friends so to speak. That was until Zahra Schreiber had joined NXT. The two quickly bonded which made things a little easier being away from home. At least that was until Zahra was released from NXT for some online drama over pictures from a long time before she had been employed. Gionna tried to hang in NXT without Zahra but it wasn't the same. She didn't bond with the other girls like she probably should have been able to. NXT officials began to notice this and tried to lecture her on being more social with the girls. Despite trying to do things their way, Gionna found herself more and more unhappy with being in that company. Gionna then made the choice to ask for her release which would be granted. This was certainly not an easy decision to make by any means. How often is someone handed an opportunity like being in NXT, and then they just walk away? Not many people could actually bring themselves to walk away from it, however Gionna Daddio did. She flew back home to Jersey and continued training while enjoying time with her family.

It would be several months later that her phone would ring with an offer to come to EBWF headquarters. Gionna had been surprised that such a big company like EBWF would be trying to reach her of all people. She talked it over for hours with her family and they all pushed her to go for it. Deep down, she knew she wasn't done with wrestling all together. Just done with wrestling for NXT and had no interest in returning there. After a very successful meeting with EBWF higher up's, she was offered a contract right along side her friend Zahra Schreiber. The two of them accepted and immediately began training in BCW. Not a few months into training in BCW, Zahra and Gionna were approached for a on screen angle alongside Alexa Bliss. Thus, leading to the formation of the Moonlight Dollz, a group that had been put together to rival the Mean Girls. Everything had been going great with the feud all the way from the Royal Rumble to Wrestlemania last year until creative slowly dropped the ball with the storyline, and it faded off EBWF television screens. Things had seemed to cool off in her career after that, fighting in very few live shows and if she did, she was jobbing. That's when Gionna took it upon herself to seek out someone to train her even more. Some of the women superstars backstage where intimidating, it wasn't exactly easy to just go up and ask them to donate their time to helping you. Especially when she was still the new kid on the block so to speak, and didn't know any of the veterans on a personal level. Gionna did her best to stay out of the way and keep her mouth shut, don't step on anybody's toes. It was weeks before she mustered the courage to speak to Natalya, let alone approach her about training. Gionna had been left surprise when Natalya agreed to it, and the two instantly got to work whenever there was some free time for Natalya. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months... and finally, that was when Gionna was approached about debuting once again for the Royal Rumble. Only this time she would drop her real name and adopt Liv Morgan. This was the moment she was offered a fresh start to do her own thing. No longer would she be tied into a stable, which was fun on its own, however nothing was as great as getting the chance to shine on your own. Especially if that meant you were going to get a shot in the spotlight at Wrestlemania. In the end, it was every superstar, male or female, who dreamed of being in Wrestlemania. Little did she Gionna know, she would was about to start living her dream much sooner than she ever realized.

The cheers from the crowd were thunderous the night of the Royal Rumble. You could feel the crowd's noise and energy inside your core. Everything was so surreal. Liv Morgan had just pulled off her greatest victory yet by winning the 2017 Women's Royal Rumble. Liv and Carmella tore the house down, however, Liv would get the upper hand and eliminate Carmella, solidifying Liv's Wrestlemania 16 moment. Liv stood in the ring with her arm raised high by the ref and she could feel her knees grow weak. This was huge. The path of her entire career was about to change forever.

Once Liv finally made it out of the ring and up the ramp, she turned and faced the audience with tears in her eyes. Liv taunted them one more time before she turned and burst through the stage curtains into Gorilla. She swiped her hand under her eyes to wipe away any tears that she could. The young blonde quickly tried to dodge the horde of backstage people crowding around in Gorilla and right outside of it.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Liv!

Liv could hear Renee Young calling out to her from down the hall. Liv just tried to keep walking towards a quiet place so she could process everything. She needed alone time however, Renee Young didn't get the memo and kept in pursuit of Liv.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Liv! Liv wait up!

Liv looked over her shoulder and slowed her pace. She turned to face Renee, adjusting her snapback to hide her disheveled hair.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Liv, thank you for allowing me a moment to get a few words with the Women's Royal Rumble winner, congratulations are in order by the way.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Thank you, Renee.

Liv held her shoulder, feeling some of the after effects from the match she just had.

[|RENEE|Young|]: You were certainly impressive tonight and you were able to pull off a huge victory. You now know that you will go on to Wrestlemania to face the EBWF women's champion, which is currently Natalya. You have to be on cloud nine right now. Could you tell the EBWF universe what is going through your head right now?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Yo, honestly Renee.... honestly.. I'm speechless. I mean don't get me wrong, I knew I had it in me, but it's one thing for me to say it. It's anotha' thing to do it. I just proved to the entire locker room that I'm on the rise 'round here, yo. Ain't nobody finna stop me from achieving my dreams. Ain't nobody finna hold me down either. I won the Rumble, yo, and now I'm on to the next one. On to Wrestlemania. I hear Nattie and I are makin' this match official at Fallout. It'll be great yo, Nattie spent time showing me the ropes so to speak. For several months I was off EBWF television, I was hitting the gym and the ring as much as possible. Nattie helped me hone my craft ten fold, so it'll be interestin' to see the two of us go toe to toe on the biggest stage of them all.

Liv rubbed her shoulder and flinched a little.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Do you have anything to say to the champion, Natalya?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Yeah - ya know what, Natalya... let's tear the place down in Orlando, yo, and give the fans the match of'a lifetime! We'll keep it LIT. I'll see you at Mania, Nattie, but I'ma let you know, yo, I'm takin' the gold home!

Liv rotated her shoulder around and flinched again.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Now if you'll please excuse me, Renee, I need to check in with a trainer.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Congratulations again Liv and best of luck with your match at Wrestlemania 16 live in Orlando, Florida!

Liv Morgan headed off toward the trainer's office while Renee wrapped things up. Liv was clearly hurting after such a huge match as her adrenaline began to wear off. Luckily she had a few weeks off to rest and recuperate before it was back to business at Fallout for the contract signing.

_______________________________________________________

The Fallout PPV was suppose to be the time that Liv Morgan and Natalya would sign a contract to make their Wrestlemania 16 match official. However, things that night didn't exactly go as planned. This wasn't entirely surprising as these contract signings almost always went awry. Liv had come out to the ring amped and ready to get the ball rolling so to speak. Everything seemed to be going the way it was suppose to, that was until Natalya showed up with two of her highest paid lawyers. They flanked the Women's champion down to ringside where Natalya would reveal a special clause in her contract. The clause would enable her to make the decision to push the match out 7 days. Thus, would cost Liv Morgan her huge Wrestlemania moment. Everything she had worked so hard for was in danger and everything could be taken away in a blink of an eye. It felt like a stab in the gut.

Liv remained as calm as she possibly could in the moment considering what was transpiring. Despite Liv's best attempts to get under Nattie's skin and rile her up, Nattie refused to sign. The champion tossed the pen across the table and left the ring. She backtracked up the ramp without another word, leaving the GM Stone Cold and Liv Morgan to stand in the ring speechless. After a few minutes Liv made her way backstage, where she promptly walked out of Gorilla. She was suddenly like a madwoman on a mission. As the young superstar headed away from the staging area, she grew angrier and angrier. Almost like a she hulk. Except she was only 5'4".

[|LIV|Morgan|]: NATALYA!!

Liv huffed and stormed over to a table with catering food set out on it. She shoved a bunch of the food off in anger, plates shattered on the ground with a boisterous clash.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: AAARRRGGHHHHHH!!!

Liv flipped the table and began to knock over various things laying around.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: NATALYA! GET'CHA THIEFIN' ASS BACK HERE!

Liv folded up a metal chair and threw it across the hallway, narrowly missing a backstage hand. The employee ducked and scrambled out of the way.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: YO, YOU think YOU can just ROB ME? And get away wit'it?! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU NATALYA?!?

Liv continued to scream backstage and search the hallways for the Women's champion. Natalya was most likely out of the building by now but that didn't stop Liv.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I'MA MAKE YO LIFE HELL BITCH!! YOU MESSED WITH THA WRONG ONE!

The backstage employees stared at her while they passed by but she didn't give a rat's ass. She was livid and she was going to let the whole world, and Natalya, know all about it. Nattie didn't just pick a fight with any ordinary girl where things might blow over in a week or two. Nah, Liv was a Jersey girl and when you messed with a Jersey girl, be prepared to hear how you wronged them for the rest of your natural born life. Liv turned to walk off and nearly ran into Renee Young who stood there in shock.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Yo! Ya seen Nattie, Renee?!

[|RENEE|Young|]: Well yes - a little bit ago. Sh- she's gone already.

Liv pursed her lips together in frustration and clenched her fists so tight it turned her knuckles white.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I'ma make her pay, yo! She will regret ever doing me dirty like she just did. I will turn her posh little life upside down. Natalya just made a 'UGE mistake. 'UGE! Now it's time to teach HER a lesson with a lil' street etiquette, ya feel me!

Liv's Jersey accent thickened up as she talked. Her face was almost beat red. Clearly ready for a fight.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I suggest you relay that lil' message to the so called Women's "champ" when ya see her next.

Liv walked off down the corridor without another word. Renee Young looked at the mess Liv had made and slowly walked out of view of the camera without helping to pick up. Scene faded out.

The following week after Fallout, Liv Morgan lived up to her promise of finding ways to make Natalya pay. Liv had managed to find Natalya's personal vehicle out in the parking area. She went out of her way to destroy the car beyond repair, and she was successful. The Camaro had been declared totalled, a complete loss. Natalya tried to get her hands on Liv after Liv's match the very same night, however, the younger superstar managed to get out of dodge as quickly as possible. Liv Morgan had hoped this would help push Natalya into the Wrestlemania match. Alas, it did not.

The very next week Liv had another idea to get at Natalya. She wanted to try her best to get her hands on Natalya's gear bag and destroy all her designer clothes. Sure it wouldn't actually hurt Natalya, but it would inconvenience her. Maybe just even enough to get her to cave and sign the Wrestlemania contract. However, this plan was dropped the minute Liv found her friend Zahra Schreiber laid out in the back before her scheduled match against Nattie. Natalya even left a "cute" little note behind so Liv would know exactly who was responsible for this.

That was the final straw for Liv. She had to get personal with Natalya. Vandalising her car didn't do the trick, so neither would tampering with her ring gear or any of her clothing. Liv needed to aim for something Natalya valued over any other materialistic possessions. There was CJ, her toddler. But kidnapping a kid wasn't exactly Liv's style. There were just some lines you didn't cross and that was one. Destroying Nattie's locker room wouldn't do anything, she got a new one in each city anyways. What was it going to take? Switching Natalya's shampoo out with NAIR? Spray painting her designer shoes? Dye her cat's hair orange? Yes, that was it! It was in that moment that Liv knew her next move. Natalya was well known for her huge love of cats. In fact, it wasn't rare that little ole Nattie would bring some of them to the show with her. What made it even better was the fact that she wouldn't even see this coming. If Liv could get her hands on one of Nattie's cats, that would put the ball in Liv's court. She would then have the power to demand her match and Nattie would have no other option than to agree. It was the perfect plan to execute at Warfaremania. It would be now or never, the last chance she had. This was Liv's hail mary. If she didn't make it with this one last shot, she was out. She could kiss her Wrestlemania dreams goodbye.

_______________________________________________________

It was Warfaremania. A lot of tension was in the air among several different talent on the EBWF roster as Wrestlemania neared. With only 6 days left before the biggest event of the year, it was clear that tensions would boil over. Liv was glad to see that Natalya had indeed brought one of her cats to Warfaremania. The Jerseyan waited for the perfect moment to slip into Natalya's personal locker room. While the Women's champion headed down to the ring to spew off about Liv Morgan not getting her match and so on, Liv managed to flag down a camera guy and catch the champion off guard. Liv tried to reason with her one more time before she actually held and threatened to dye 2Pawz's hair. Natalya had been completely blindsided and she was furious. Liv had one upped her again and she couldn't stand it, and in that ONE moment... Natalya was left vulnerable. Liv listed her demands and after a tantrum in the ring, Nattie caved! Not only did she cave for the Wrestlemania match, she also had agreed to Liv's last minute added stipulation... a street fight. This was Liv's chance to get Natalya out of her element. Sure, Nattie had a long list of impressive accolades in the ring, but she never had to fight dirty before. Not like she was going to have to fight against Liv Morgan at Wrestlemania. Things were about to get even uglier than they had already been. Once the promo ended, Liv left the locker room and headed towards catering. Her eyes lit up when she saw fresh pizza laid out. After a long night of threatening a feline on live television, it was time for Liv to grub down. PETA would probably be all over her in the morning for that segment.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: What in the actually shit did you just do?

Liv laughed and shrugged her slender shoulders.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Bruh, you know. Just doin' what needs to be done to get what I want. She brought this upon herself, yo. Ya just don't rob a girl from Jersey and get away with it. Ya get'cha leg broken, busted kneecaps, or a missing finger. Ya know.. some mob ass shit. But I'm not lookin' for jail time or nothin', ya know. So I gotta tone it down to an extent. But I think she's comin' around, our champ is realizing just who she messed with. I think she's even starting to regret it.

The small blonde laid four slices of meat lover's pizza on her plate. She stacked a few chicken wings on the side of the full plate as well. Liv looked over the other options and grabbed some garlic bread, a side of marinara, a side of ranch, and a side of buffalo sauce. She paused for a moment and contemplated something before sighing and grabbing a side of BBQ as well. With her hands full, Liv headed over to a table and slid into the seat.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Talk about a carb overload.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: There are no carbs on the weekend.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: It's Monday.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Well shit... yolo, na'what I'm sayin'?

Liv happily pigged out on her pizza like a guy. No shame in her game.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Jesus, Liv. Try breathing.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Hey, it's my victory meal. I got what I set out for. Time to reward myself. I like food. Food makes me happy. Ergo, I'm eating whatever the hell I feel like.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Yeah well, just remember that you got that match to prepare for now. So maybe you should lay off the pizza.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: WHOA! Don't eva say those words again. Pizza is life. Learn it. Love it. Live it.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Okay well do you really need four fucking sauces? Maybe downsize by at least two.

Zahra went to move two sauce cups away but Liv smacked her hand away.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Staaahhpp! I'm from JERRRSEEYY. We are saw'cers a'ight. Sauce makes or breaks just about everything when you're Italian. If you interfere with my food, you finna lose a finger, bro.

Zahra held her hands up as if surrendering.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Alright fine, but I don't wanna hear you whine when you're paying for eating all of that later.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Get the fuck outta 'ere, yo. I got a stomach of steel and I can handle what I eat. I got 22 years of experience consuming food... I got this!

Zahra sighed and shrugged her shoulders, adjusting her raven black hair over her shoulder.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Alright, well don't make me say I told you so. Anyways, I'm off for PT so I'll catch ya later. Congrats on getting your match by the way.

Liv grinned big and took a huge bite of garlic bread. She didn't even wait to finish chewing when she spoke next.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I was wonderin' when you were gonna say it.

[|ZAHRA|Schreiber|]: Ass.

The two smirked and Zahra walked off. Liv continued to eat her food and chug some orange Fanta. She wiped her hand across her mouth and smiled. She did it. She was going to Mania!

_______________________________________________________

Liv clicked the record button on her cellphone. It was Tuesday, the day before Wrestlemania festivities began. Liv sat on an ottoman in what appeared to be her livingroom. A couple of suitcases were packed up and lined by the front door. You could only see the top half of her and what was in the background over her shoulders. Liv wore a Toy Story tank top and her platinum blonde hair was tied back in a ponytail.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Yo-yooo wad it do, EBWF universe? It's ya girl, Liv Morgan. I'm chillin' in my crib, kickin' back for a minute. I already live in Orlando, so the arena is actually close to my duplex. Some of you may wonder why I packed a few bags and well... ya know, who can turn down a nice hotel room on EBWF's dime? Still gotta have a way to carry around my outfits and all my Jordans. Ya know how it is.

Liv turned the camera and filmed her suitcases by the front door. She turned the camera back on herself.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I gotta stay fresh, that's all I'm sayin' yo. Gotta look good when I snatch that title away from Nattie in a few days.

Liv smiled at the mention of Natalya.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Speaking of Natalya, I guess I finally found her achilles heel. I'm not sure anyone has ever manage to do something like this before. Did you see the look on her face? That tantrum? Check fuckin' mate, yo. She tried hard to stand tall against me and she thought she had me. Honestly, she almost had me second guessing as well. For a split second she almost had me doubting myself. Almost. But it's like I said before, and I'll probably have to say it a hundred more times... never, and I mean EVA' count me out. Unlike some of these women in the locker room, I've got the audacity to bow up and stand my ground. I will get in your face and tell you like it is. Not only tell you... I will straight up show you. If ya prefer to throw fists, hell I'm down. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get ahead. No matter how many times I have to prove it to every girl in the back. You're all lookin' at'cha new Women's champion, right 'ere. Natalya has lived the comfortable life as a champion for long enough. This division needs a breath of fresh air. It needs someone to liven up the place. Everybody around here is half woke these days. The division is sleepy. Hell if we continue on this way, we're gonna go back to two minute matches. Or worse... bra and panties matches. It's about time we stir up things a lil' bit. I think LIV MORGAN... the YOUNGEST EBWF Women's champion in the history of EVA' sounds pretty legit to me!

Liv unscrewed the lid of a bottle of water and drank from it. She replaced the lid and set the Dasani water bottle down on her coffee table.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I'll be real with my LIV Squad, I'm nervous as hell, yo. Not that I don't think I'm walkin' out champ, but this is Wrestlemania! I'm at the start of my friggin' career and already my name is plastered all over the place. My face... is literally everywhere right now. The fans are off the chain about me being where I am. I started from the bottom and now I'm here. I think the fans like to back me because I'm relatable. Natalya isn't. I'm showing the world that someone who really did come from nothing, can become someone great. No matter who you are, you can do anything you put your mind to. I'm proof of that now. It's a pretty crazy thing to think about. And yanno, to think I'd be facing the one person who trained me the most. It's bittersweet. Little did Natalya know back then that she was training her replacement. I'm sure our champion will think she has the upper hand with having a huge role in my training, and "knowing" all the moves I'm gonna bust out and what not, but she's terribly wrong. I said she was a huge role in my training. But she wasn't the only Superstar that trained me. I got a few tricks up my sleeve for our street fight.

A smug little smirk tugged at the corners of Liv's mouth.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Hopefully by now Natalya knows better than to take me lightly. Never in a million years did home girl think I would ever do the things I did to make this match happen. I may still respect her as an athlete if she didn't try to five and dime my Mania moment. That ish ain't cool, yo. So I had to go a bit Jersey on her ass and she didn't like the taste of that. Maybe next time you'll think twice before trying to screw me. Ya know, maybe look both ways before ya doublecross a girl from the streets of Jersey.

Liv's attention turned to her dog as he ran into the room. Liv zoomed back to include him in the shot.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Awww you wanna play with your ball, Ki?

Kilo held a green ball in his mouth. Liv laughed and got the toy from him. She tossed it out of view, across the room and he bolted after it.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Ya know, Nattie's cat 2Pawz would have made a great new chew toy for Kilo. It's a shame I didn't think of that sooner. I'm not even a big fan of cats, yo. Their fleabags. Hackin' up those gross hairballs, litter boxes, eughh sick. I'll stick with dogs, thanks. Anyways, I just thought I'd take a moment to share a little bit of this with the EBWF Universe before the craziness of Wrestlemania week begins. Be sure to watch it cuz I'm about'ta make history, yo. Keep it LIT fam!

Liv blew a kiss and hit the record button, ending the footage. She then uploaded it onto EBWF.com and continued to get ready before she checked into her hotel down the road.

On Wednesday Gionna Daddio checked into her Hyatt Regency hotel around 3pm. She made her way to her room and laid out her luggage. After she unpacked a few essentials and made herself a little more at home, she flopped on the bed and sprawled out. Gionna turned over and grabbed the remote, turning on the television in the room. She flipped through a few channels and sighed, tossing the remote down on the bed. After a few moments of her staring off in space at nothing in particular, Gionna's attention snapped back to reality when the hotel telephone rang. Gionna sat up and reached over for the phone. Her hand grabbed the phone off the receiver and placed it to her ear.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Uhhh.. 'ello?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: G!! Did you already leave the house without me?

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Yeah, we live ten minutes away. I think you'll make it without me.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: It's tradition tho, we always ride together.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Well my bad, I didn't think it mattered that much.

Gionna laid back on the bed and crossed her feet. She placed one arm behind her head.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Are the rooms nice?

Gionna looked around at her surroundings for the first time. The hotel room was average, nothing special, but certainly much better than any motels or lower end hotels.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: It's aight I guess. Not like we're gonna be spending much time in them anyways.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Okay I guess you're right. Well I'll head over soon, maybe we can grab something to eat.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Can't, yo. We got that Bowling & BBQ cookoff in an hour.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Shit! That's in an hour?

Liv rolled over and looked at a schedule she had printed out of everything she was a part of for the Wrestlemania weekend festivities.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Yep. 4pm. I printed your ass a copy of everything and left it by your purse.

Zahra scoffed over the phone.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: I know but I didn't look at it, so it's still at home.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Where are you?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: In fucking traffic, goddamn out of towners! I just need some Starbucks in my life. If I don't get my caramel macchiato I just might kill someone.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Well have fun with that, Z. Listen I'ma let ya go, I gotta get ready for this BBQ thing and all.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: No, G. Wait... I-I gotta ask you something.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Okay what's up..?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: So... um, there's this whole Dinner with the Divas event for Wrestlemania, right?

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]:Right.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Okay, well... Jim asked me to it.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Jim..?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Jim! Jimmy. He asked me to it.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Oh.

Gionna paused and thought this over for a minute.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Well?

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Well what? Is that a bad thing?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Well, I mean no. But you don't think it'd be weird at all? It's kind of like a date... thing I think. I dunno. We've been pretty good friends for awhile. Every time we hang out we have a fun time. I just don't wanna fuck shit up, you know?

Gionna didn't say much. She had never really pictured the two of them together. They had all gone out a few times in the past for drinks and it was always good times. But still the thought of them together had never crossed Gionna's mind.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: G? You there?

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Yeah, I'm here, yo. Well uh, what's that gonna mean for you two?

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Literally no idea. I haven't gone on a date with anyone since Colby.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Then I say go on the date and see where it takes you two. Have fun, it's Mania weekend, yo.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Alright fine. Anyways, I'll see you at the BBQ thing in a bit?

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: Yeah, see ya there, yo. Later.

Gionna hung up the phone and relaxed back on the bed. This was the start to the craziness that was Wrestlemania. Gionna closed her eyes and inhaled a deep breath, slowly releasing it to clear her mind. She made herself get up out of bed and get ready before she would fall asleep and miss the event. Not only did she have the BBQ and Bowling event, but later that evening would be "A Night Under The Stars" event for Make-A-Wish. It wouldn't be until much later in the night that she got back to her hotel room and passed out on the bed.

It was a gorgeous Thursday morning. The sun beamed over Gionna's eyes through the window, waking her up a little after ten o'clock in the morning. Since she wasn't a champion, she wasn't scheduled for anything that morning. This allowed her to sleep in a little extra which she needed. She rubbed the sleep away from her eyes and stretched out under the covers. Brittney Schreiber had text her earlier that morning asking about the EBWF Network & Sponsor Mixer later that night. Brit had been cleared through Lynne McClinton to attend as Gionna's guest. Gionna was relieved that she could bring Brittney along as she wasn't all that close with anyone else really. Maybe Lexi Kauffman. All the other girls seemed to have their own little ring of friends and stuck together during these things. At least it wouldn't be a completely awkward night for her. Hopefully. Gionna wasn't exactly use to wearing dresses and heels. She also wasn't very practiced in the art of mingling with important people such as network executives and corporate sponsors. She would definitely need to learn how to smile constantly at everyone she's introduced to, shake hands firmly... but not too firm, kissing babies... the whole nine yards. This was what was expected of a champion. Something she had never had the chance to be ever before.

Gionna quickly typed a reply to her roommate and hit the gym. After a much needed workout, Gionna returned to her room and showered. Feeling much better and well rested, Gionna began to get ready for the mixer event. It was just before 7pm when Gionna walked into the Central Park Gardens at the Waldorf Astoria. This was where the event was being held. Gionna smoothed out her tight black dress, the material stopped mid thigh on her. She awkwardly tugged at the bottom hem of the dress to try her best to pull it down. It was definitely much shorter than she was accustomed to wearing. Gionna matched some huge black heels with the dress and her platinum blonde hair hung loose over her shoulders. Gionna rocked some bright red lipstick to top it all off. She almost felt weird not having a hat or anything to wear. This all felt almost too girly for her but it's what was expected at these types of events. You had to dress up, there was no other way around it.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Leave your dress alone, G, you look smokin' hot!

Gionna spun around on her heel. Her cheeks flushed red with embarrassment. Hopefully only her roommate had noticed her being so awkward in a dress and no one else. If a fan got any pictures of her right now, there would be meme's everywhere in less than an hour.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: I feel like if I drop anything, I'm done, Z. I'm never picking anything up in this contraption. And - and these heels are little death traps. My feet ache already and we just got here.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: Yeah well, beauty is pain Gionna. Suck it up and serve face in here. Lots of important people are at this thing.

Brittney pulled open the door to the event an the two did their best to slip in mostly unnoticed. Brittney also wore a short black dress, except her dress fit tightly at the top and sort of hung loose towards the bottom. It was flowey and fit her body form just right. The dress was sleeveless so it showed off Brittney's tattoos. She had also picked out black heels to go with her dress. She looked absolutely stunning. The two athletes quickly headed over to a bar and order two Cosmopolitans to help take the edge off a little bit. Gionna took a huge sip of her Cosmo and looked around at the packed room of people. All the other EBWF female superstars were already in attendance. Many of them laughed and smiled with various suits in the room. They all knew how to handle these type of things. This was foreign to Gionna. She had always just been herself. Never in her life had she ever had to dress up and try to impress people. She never had to try and be likeable, especially to people she herself didn't even know.

[|GIONNA|Daddio|]: I'm like freaking out, I feel so... out of place. I know this type of stuff is key in this business, Britt, but I don't know how to act around these people. I feel like you can just see on their faces how they judge you from across the room.

Gionna sipped her drink again and sighed. She looked over at Brittney who scanned the room with her eyes for a moment. Brittney then sipped her drink as well. The two of them stood off to the side of the room, away from the throng of people that gathered in the center of the room.

[|BRITTNEY|Schreiber|]: It's the nature of this business, G. Let's just try and get through tonight. Remember to keep smiling. If you aren't sure what to say then just... smile and nod.

Smile and nod. That's what Gionna made sure to do for the rest of the evening. It worked, just like Brittney said it would. How the hell was she so good at this stuff? She had never been champion before, or really been in this type of situation either. Most people didn't struggle with this odd, out of place feeling like Gionna was. For some people, this sort of stuff just came naturally. Gionna shook hands with so many different people that night, she had no idea who was who. There were just so many people to try to remember. Maybe in time she would learn how to balance all of this, but for now she was feeling a little overwhelmed by it all. Did these people like her? Did she shake their hand correctly and make proper eye contact? Did she smile enough or maybe too much? Could they see how incredibly weird she felt right now? Did she say the right things? It was so much running through her mind all at once, she needed another drink.

Friday and Saturday had gone by in almost a blur. Liv spent the majority of the day at the meet and greet. When that was over, Liv walked around and hung out with some fans on her own. She also enjoyed some of the festivities going on around town. Live didn't get too wild because the big day was fast on the approach and she had to be 100%. After the Slammy Awards on Saturday night, Liv turned into her hotel to get a good night's sleep. It was finally Sunday. The big day was here. While Liv had enjoyed being a part of the Wrestlemania 16 festivities, her mind never stopped thinking of her upcoming match. This was it. Her and Natalya on the grandest stage of them all, going toe to toe for the grandest prize in Women's wrestling. It was time for the young superstar to make history for herself here in Orlando, Florida. It was going to be one for the ages!

Liv had been at the Camping World Stadium since early that morning. She got in a nice workout before all the other superstars arrived. Getting Wrestlemania ready was much different than the average show. Everyone went all out on this huge night and it would be no different for her. Liv had already gone through hair and makeup earlier, wardrobe was a bit hectic with it being Mania and everyone seemed to have last minute fixes that needed to be done. Once she got done with that and swung by to get her gear for the night, she began to head toward the locker rooms when she was approached by Renee Young.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Liv!

Liv turned and looked back at Renee Young. She smiled and nodded her head in a "wad'up" type fashion. Renee briskly walked over towards her with a microphone in hand and cameraman in tow.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Liv, do you perhaps have a few minutes to spare for the EBWF Universe before Wrestlemania officially kicks off?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Sure, Renee. Hit me with some q's.

[|RENEE|Young|]: Great. Well as we all know, tonight we are here live in Orlando, Florida for EBWF Wrestlemania 16! It's been an incredible week here with the fans, and as I understand it, you took part in quite a few festivities this time around. Now, we know you were part of Wrestlemania 15 last year, however, the circumstances around your Mania appearance was much different than it is this time around. How does that make you feel?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: How does it makes me feel, Renee? It makes me feel on top of the world. Wrestlemania is so unlike any other event, it's over the top, it's always memorable. It's indescribable really. I've been so honored to be in this company and have the opportunities that I have. I'm beyond grateful, words can't even begin to make you understand. The fans make this business what it is, so it's amazing to give back to the fans during Wrestlemania. Ya know, whether it's chillin' with the Make-A-Wish kids, to bowling for youth programs, or attending auctions to raise money for charities. Meeting all my Liv Squad out there, yo. It's been off the chain.

Liv smiled at Renee.

[|RENEE|Young|]: There is certainly nothing like Wrestlemania, that's for sure. However, you almost didn't get your Mania match this year. Natalya refused to sign the contract at Fallout and mentioned you having to wait until AFTER Wrestlemania for your title shot. What was going through your mind with all this?

Liv snickered and shook her head.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Yo, the betta' question is, what WASN'T going through my mind. I mean honestly, Renee, I was dumbfounded. I could not believe that a decorated Women's champion such as Natalya could possibly be pulling the crap she tried to pull. She stated that she couldn't wrestle at Mania because of some other commitments. Like how ridiculous are you right now. So I ask her.. "what other commitments?", and ya know what she said?

[|RENEE|Young|]: No. What did she say?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: She said that she had an appointment for some exclusive hair salon in California. Kimmy Gibbler's hair salon or somethin' yo. No idea why the weird girl from Full House has an exclusive hair salon, but whateva'. Yo, does it look like I give a rat's ass about some stupid hair salon? Get'cha ratty hair done on your own time. But who knows, maybe Kimmy Gibbla' will take that pink streak out of Nattie's hair finally. She's too old for that ish, someone should tell her.

Liv adjusted her weight.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: But to answer your question, in that moment I was thinking that our champion must be outta her damn mind tryin' to steal from me.

[|RENEE|Young|]: You certainly made it a point to goad Natalya into this match by destroying her car, and even threatening her beloved pet. What even gave you the idea to do this?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I'unno, Ne'ne. I just knew that I'd be damned if I let someone steal from me, especially a veteran who has it all already. It's not like Ms. Money bags doesn't have endless opportunities of her own to pursue. She walks around and claims that we owe her our respect. For paving the way for girls like me. Well, that may be easier to do if ya weren't robbing what little the rookies had around here. People like me... we're here starting our career. We don't have much when you first start out and when you start to finally get ahead... and a "respected veteran" comes up from behind you and snatches that moment off your plate? What do you do? You take matters into your own hands. You get even. So that's exactly what I did. I destroyed her hideous car, and I would have ruined her cat's fur if she didn't agree to all of this. I wouldn't have stopped there either. I was prepared to make Natalya pay a little more each week and would have continued. Even if I did have to miss out on Wrestlemania. If she would have played nice with this rookie, then I wouldn't of had to get dirty. I can't argue that Natalya has had one hell of'a career, there is no denying that, yo. The proof is in the pudding. But whateva', I'll let her talk herself up tho. I'm sure we'll hear about her myriad of accomplishments a few hundred more times than we already have. I'm sure she will yammer on about her family name, and how other companies held her back, but here she blossomed into greatness. She made this division what it is, and without her we'd be back to just eye candy or somethin'. I don't credit just one Diva making the Women's division what it is, it was a whole handful of strong women. However, those strong women knew when it was time to move aside and let the new generation of girls come up. I initially thought this was how Natalya was going to be. But ya see, she's two faced. I trained with her for months and I never saw any inkling of her being this way. I had MAD respect for her, yo. Mad respect. Then Fallout happens and we all know the rest. That was her biggest mistake. Trying to cross me. You cross me and I'ma clean yo clock real good when my fist meets your face. I'll beat yo face harder than that one guido who hit Snooki in the face at the Jersey Shore. Lights out. Don't get it twisted, I may be little, Renee, but I sure as hell pack a mean punch. You can ask Natalya bout it after our match if ya want. That is... if she's got any teeth left when I'm done with her in this street fight we got goin' on tonight.

[|RENEE|Young|]: It was certainly impressive that you got Natalya to agree to this stipulation. Were you trying to get Natalya out of her element a bit, and perhaps throw her off her game?

[|LIV|Morgan|]: Of course. I could be mistaken, but I don't think I ever remember Nattie in a street fight. I live for this kind of thing. I want the champion to show what she is made of. She's not facing just any ordinary opponent. She's facing me, Liv FREAKIN' Morgan, yo! New Jersey's finest. The illest girl in the locker room with the sickest shoe game. Also known as your 2017 Women's Royal Rumble winner. And here soon, you can add the NEW EBWF Women's champ. Bet on it.

[|RENEE|Young|]: And do you think your opponent, Natalya see's you as a genuine threat tonight?

Liv laughed and shrugged her shoulders.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: If she does, she does. If she doesn't, then she doesn't. So be it. That'll be her problem, not mine. But if ya think about it, I don't have much to lose in all of this. So it's not really any dirt off my shoulder. Natalya... Natalya has everything to lose. Even worse for her... she's about to take a huge loss here at Wrestlemania. Not only a huge loss, but a huge loss to a rookie. This rookie right here is about to stomp all over this poor excuse of a champion with a fresh pair of Jordans, straight outta the box.

Liv placed her hands on her hips and cleared her throat.

[|LIV|Morgan|]: I'ma just a few hours away from taking Nattie on a rollercoaster of a lifetime. It will be one ride she'll never forget. Once I hit her with the hashtag 201, it'll be beddy bye for Nattiecakes. I'll make sure to stand tall over her with the title that she did have, which will have then become mine. I will take everything from her. Her title, her spotlight, her private locker room. All of it. She thought she was stealing from me, but in the end, it will be me that steals from her! I proved over the last few weeks that I'm willing to do anything it takes to get my way. Does Natalya think that tonight is going to be any different? I may never get a moment like this again, so you can bet your retirement that I'm going all out tonight. I'm pulling out all the stops and I hope she's ready for it. It's about to get ugly, Renee, I can tell you that much. It's going to be the fight of both of our lives. You know it, I know it, the fans know it. Hell EBWF execs know it. Why else do you think Natalya and I are the last match before the main event? EBWF knows what they're doing. They know this match will be money. But just some advice, you better bet on LIV. Because I'm leaving Orlando with the Women's title around my waist and that's a damn FACT!

[|RENEE|Young|]: Well you certainly seem to exude tons of confidence this evening. I know we are all excited to see the match later this evening. I know you have a lot to get ready for, thank you so much for sparing some of your time. Ladies and gentlemen, your 2017 Women's Royal Rumble winner - Liv Morgan! Best of luck to you.

Liv said a quick "thank you" and headed to her locker room. It was time to finish all the last minute touches on her outfit. The fans could be heard throughout the arena, cheering in excitement to see Natalya vs Liv Morgan. Things had heated up immensely between the two over the past few weeks, and the build to Wrestlemania had been rather suspenseful. Now things were coming to a head and it was time to see who would get the last laugh and leave Orlando with the strap.
