Velvet pulls into the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama. Velvet finds a parking space and pulls her sports car into the spot. She switches the car off, grabbing her belongings and stuffing them into her gear bag. She opens her car door and steps out, sliding the bag across the seats and lifting the strap up onto her shoulder. Velvet runs a hand through her hair, closing the door to her car and locking it with the remote key-less entry. The car beeps as it locks, the lights flashing to show it is locked. Velvet starts heading towards the arena, a group of paparazzi are standing around the entrance. She was surprised security hadn't chased them off already, they usually did. Velvet continued walking on ahead, a few camera men approaching her. Velvet smiles for the cameras and waves to them.

I am, in fact. I've been preparing for this triple threat match all week. I've tried to keep my focus on both opponents. I would be lying if I said they were both talentless. We all know that isn't true by any means. Each of my opponents bring something very special to the ring with them. Torrie Wilson, well... as much as I can't stand her diva attitude... I have to give respect where respect is due. I know she has her own unflattering opinions of me, and that's fine, she has that right. But this woman has helped revolutionize the business as it is today for women. Everyone has seen her work her magic in the ring and it's admirable. She's even been an inspiration for me in the past. I think that all on screen drama aside, she is a talented and gorgeous woman. She even shared her battles of anorexia and bulimia with everyone which is just absolutely admirable. Her sharing her struggles with the fans could really benefit others out there who are going through the same thing. However, on Aggression, I will show both women that I'm not just some ignorant bimbo. People can say what they want about me, but I will prove myself where it matters and that is in the ring.

But I changed myself, I made myself a better person. Michelle is so superficial, it's sickening. She walks around the back like she is gods gift to women's wrestling. I can assure you, she is not nearly as amazing as she thinks she is. I can understand having confidence, there is nothing wrong with that at all. However, these two ladies, Torrie and Michelle, walk around with their nose stuck up in the air. They think they are absolutely better than everyone else. Well news flash, new talent is always rising in this business. Torrie is an older diva now, and she should be expecting that the newer talent will be taking her spot. Her days are numbered. I respect the girl, I really do, but there is a time in your life that you just have to throw in the towel and go home. I think that time is vastly approaching for her. Well, I was always the smallest kid on the block. I dealt with it all my life, it's even part of the reason I wanted to become a wrestler. I continued to deal with bullying as I grew in the business, taking lots of heat off girls who were downright spiteful. It can be an ugly business behind the scenes, you'd be surprised. I even deal with these same issues in EBWF with my locker room being trashed, or attacked with chairs. I never claimed to be the best diva in this business, but I will give every match my absolute all, and I will never run away from a challenge. Despite all of my past with bullying, I am not going to let it get me down and conquer me. I am here to stay and make a point. I'm here to fight for what I believe in, and put on the best damn show possible for the fans. I don't have to build myself up in pretty words, using clever catch phrases to grab your attention. Because it doesn't ever matter about the words you speak, it's about the actions you make in the ring. It is all about the better competitor in that match. Pretty words get you nothing but attention, but your actions in the ring are all that matter in the end. I will be more than happy to show that to Torrie and Michelle on Aggression. Velvet smiles as she reaches the door, the interviews unable to follow her any longer. Velvet turns as the security guard opens the door to the arena for her.

Velvet flashes him another smile and waves before she turns on her heel and walks out of view, the arena door closing behind her.
Velvet is spotted making her way through the hallways of the EBWF. She turns the corner and stops in front of a locker room door. The name plate on the door reads 'The Corre'. Velvet pauses for a few moments, not believing she is here, about to ask The Corre for help. If anyone had asked her if she would ever be asking for their assistance, even up til last week, she would have answered no. But here she was, still debating if she should actually go through with it or not. Velvet starts to turn away but pauses, then knocks lightly on the door. Maybe it would be light enough that they wouldn't notice and she could just be on her way, like she never even knocked on the door in the first place. She waits a few moments, about to turn around again as the door opens up. Damn!. Slater's face pops out from behind the door as he pulls it open. A cocky smile crosses his face as he looks at Velvet standing before him.

Velvet stands near, raising her arms above her head and stretching them to warm up a little. Gabriel pulls out a water bottle and takes a drink from it, also setting it on the bench. He turns his attention back to Velvet who is still stretching out her muscles.

I'm real good friends with Layla and it makes me sick to hear what Michelle says about her. So this is also my chance to get revenge for Layla as well.

Justin, without letting her know ahead of time, pulls her and irish whips her into the ropes. Velvet bounces off the ropes and grabs his arm, spinning to reverse the irish whip, and pulls him to swing him into the ropes. He bounces off the ropes and Velvet delivers a hip toss to Gabriel with some obvious difficulty, and Justin obviously helped her pull off the move. Justin climbs back up to his feet.

Velvet shakes her head no as he pushes the mat into the ring and slides back in. He drags it to the corner of the turnbuckle, waving her to come over. She shakes her head again at him.

Velvet crosses her arms, being stubborn and keeping her ground.

Justin just laughs and steps forward, grabbing her arm carefully and pulling her towards the turnbuckle. She tries to resist, but is no match for his strength. Velvet sighs in defeat and walks to the corner turnbuckle. Gabriel motions for her to climb on up. She looks at him and glares momentarily before climbing up to the top. She turns herself around to face him, holding on so she won't fall off.

Velvet nods her head slowly and looks into his eyes. Justin smiles at her being a bit freaked out. He places his hands on her to spot her.

Okay, now slowly stand up straight. Keep your eyes on me, not the ground.
Velvet nods and begins to stand up on the turnbuckle. She seems a bit shakey, but he makes sure to have a hold on her. Also making sure her eyes stayed on him and not the ground.

Velvet nods again, trying to remain focused on the task at hand, almost not even noticing his hands on her as he spots her.

Okay, now you will lean back a little, so you can propel yourself forward with enough force to flip, aim for the mat, obviously.
He laughs slightly and she starts to slowly lean back, getting ready to attempt it against her will. She breathes out deeply and goes to fling herself forward but her foot slips on the turnbuckle, causing her to botch the move and start falling. Gabriel jumps in the way quickly and somehow manages to catch her in mid fall. Velvet clings to him, her eyes wide as she almost made a terrible fall. The pace of her heart races as Gabriel holds her, their faces coming quite close together. Velvet and Justin look up into one anothers eyes, lingering for a few moments before he goes to put her back on her feet. Velvet stands up, shaking her head and placing her hand over her racing heart.

She looks back at Gabriel who leans in the corner of the tuckbuckle, his arms resting on the ropes now.

Justin laughs and shrugs it off. He sits on the second rope, holding it open for Velvet. She walks over and climbs through the ropes, hopping out of the ring. Justin follows her out of the ring, as both of them walk back over to the bench that he has his bag sitting on. Justin grabs his water bottle and takes a swig of water. He turns to Velvet and offers her some water. She looks at it for a minute, debating. She had forgotten to bring her own this time. She reaches out for the water and pours some in her mouth. She then hands it back to him as he slings the strap of his gear bag over his shoulder.

Velvet walks a few paces ahead of him. Justin shakes his head, trying to understand what all she really meant by her comment. What did she care anyways? They two leave the gym and walk down the hallway, no longer talking at this point. An awkward silence falls over the two as the approach The Corre locker room. Velvet turns back to him. Justin holds the strap of his gear bag that rests on his shoulder.

The two just look at one another for a minute. Velvet shakes her head and decides to just wave goodbye to him as she turns to walk away. Justin just nods and opens the door to his locker room. He pauses in the door way for a moment as Velvet walks away, before closing it. She heard his locker room door close finally and she breathed out a long, deep sigh. Wow she felt like an idiot. Way to make things awkward between them towards the end. What the hell was she even doing? Velvet had no idea what was going on at this point. She tried to shake her head and forget the thoughts running through her mind of their gym session. She had almost fallen, but he had caught her... how lucky was that? The she had to say something dumb and make things awkward.

She runs a hand through her hair and heads back off down the hallway away from his locker room, heading back to her own to prepare for her match. She just couldn't seem to shake the feeling of her being so weird around Gabriel. Maybe she was just tired or something, she really had a match to focus on.
